Yes, we mostly cover all the major areas for the shipping.

How long will it take to get my order?

All the products are ready to ship item. 
We guarantee that all orders will be delivered within 2-6 days with a trackable link. Once the product dispatches from the warehouse, we will send an automatic email regarding the tracking link. If you did not receive the tracking please contact us. 

What shipping carriers do you use?
Shipping carriers will be either UPS or USPS.
Mostly will be UPS for the fastest and most reliable delivery.

Why the products is coming from different country to Italy?
We do have warehouse in 2 locations; Italy and U.S.  
Based on the product stock status, we ship from different location to optimize the logistic route. Based on the location, delivery lead time could vary. If you would like to get the accurate estimation on the delivery lead time, please contact us prior to your purchase.  


If I did not receive the parcel even the tracking mentioned 'Delivered' status, What should I do?

Please contact us on this delivery issue.
We will first send the delivery proof document. With this document, please liaise with the right delivery carrier for further probing. As we are sending via reliable delivery carrier, it is consumer responsibility for the lost parcel. So, please input the safe and available delivery address on the check out page. Also, once you receive the dispatch email, please keep on eye on the product delivery status. 


Customer is responsible for all custom duty and VAT imposed by destination country. 


Could I pay in currency other than USD?
You could view the product price in different currency. However, we accept USD payment currency. 


Can I return my product?
Satisfying consumers is our top priority. If you want to return your product, before you sending the product, please email us with your order number and we will do our best to assist you.

What is the return cost?
Within 14 days after the arrival of the product, you will be able to process the return. 

US/Canada customers
Besides the faulty product condition, returning products will cost $5. Once we receive the return request, we deliver the return label. All items must be returned unworn and undamaged, and in the original packaging. 

Non US/Canada customers
For other international customers who are returning items for reasons other than faulty condition, the return fee is shipping to our return U.S. address.

*Customers who are seeking returns and refunds on faulty product condition or manufacturing defect must contact us within three days of receiving the package with photo evidence.
